How long will it take to make my custom order?
Custom orders will take 10 to 15 business days before they are ready for shipping.

What are my delivery options?
Sew Tota-Lee Me would perfer that you use the Pick-up method for delivery.  However,  if the order needs to be shipped we will ship with the USPS delivery service.

Can I get a tracking number?
If you chose to have your order shipped.  We will email you the tracking details when your order has been shipped.  Remember it takes 10 to 15 business days to process the custom orders.

What if I have an issue with my order?
If you did not receive your order correctly please use the Contact Us page and let us know within 3 business days.

Due to the nature of all our items being custom all sales are final.  We want our customers to be satisfied with their order.  Please ask any questions you may have before placing your order.
