Shipping policy

Sew Tota-Lee Me uses USPS for our shipping partner.  The customer will be notified with a tracking number when their product has shipped.

Sew Tota-Lee Me is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the USPS.  If there was an issue during the shipping process please contact the USPS.

Remember it takes 10 to 15 business days for your custom product to be ready for shipping.

Sew Tota-Lee Me recommends that you choose the pickup option if you are local.
